Join us for a special Kettlebell Express pop-up class, 30 minutes of smart, joint-friendly strength and conditioning designed for adults who want to feel stronger, more energized, and confident with kettlebells. This is a great way to “test drive” the format before we add it to the regular schedule.
In just half an hour you will:
Learn or review the basics of safe kettlebell technique (hinge, squat, push, pull, carry).
Get a focused, full-body strength and conditioning session without feeling beat up.
Experience the Forever Young Studios coaching style and supportive community.
All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll provide modifications and help you choose the right weight so you feel challenged, not overwhelmed.
Adults who want to get stronger and improve conditioning without high-impact workouts.
Current members curious about a shorter, focused kettlebell option.
Non-members who want to experience the studio before committing to a program.
